Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time — there's no cancellation fee and no
minimum term. When you cancel:
- Your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
- The subscription is not renewed, so you're not charged again.
- Cancelling does not refund the current period — you keep Pro through the time you've already paid for.
After Pro ends, the distance filter turns off; every other
MarketClean feature keeps working as before, free.
Refunds
MarketClean Pro includes a 7-day free trial, so
you can try every Pro feature before you pay anything. Because you
can evaluate it in full first, payments are
non-refundable — we don't refund the current or
previous billing periods, or renewal charges, except where a refund
is required by law (see EU & UK consumer rights below).
Where a refund is required by law, it's processed by
Stripe
as merchant of record — returned to your original payment method,
typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card
issuer, with any tax refunded together with the payment. The
confirmation comes from Link (Stripe's checkout service), the same
sender as your original receipt.
EU & UK consumer rights
If you're a consumer in the European Union, EEA, or United Kingdom,
you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance
purchases. Nothing in this policy limits the mandatory consumer
protections of your country of residence — where the law entitles
you to a refund, you'll receive one. You can also use the EU
Online Dispute Resolution
platform if a dispute can't be resolved with us directly.
